BRIDGING THE GAP
New Mexico faces a critical shortage of healthcare workers including nurses, physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Meanwhile, demand is growing for healthcare services as the population ages and younger generations leave the state for better career opportunities. This challenge can lead to longer wait times, limited access to care and a strain on existing medical staff.

THE HALL IS ONE SOLUTION
Introducing a new, innovative learning center designed to train the next generation of healthcare workers in New Mexico.
The HALL features the latest in simulation technology and eight inpatient and outpatient simulation settings, including an emergency room and intensive care unit equipped to simulate real-life situations in a safe, realistic learning environment.
It is the only high-tech medical training facility in the state not affiliated with an academic institution. Eventually, the HALL will expand to be a resource for other users outside of Presbyterian including healthcare professionals from other organizations and students. It’s designed to help create a strong, consistent pipeline of healthcare workers who will care for generations of New Mexicans.
